He worked as a lecturer in International Islamic University – Malaysia – Faculty of Law and Humanities, and a collaborating lecturer with the Faculty of Law at Qatar University. He holds a bachelor’s degree in the Noble Hadith and its Sciences of the Islamic University in al-Madeenah, and master’s and doctoral degrees in Islamic Economics from the University of Malaya – Malaysia. At present, he is the General Manager and CEO of Bait al-Mashura Finance Consultations and a member of many of the Fatwa and Shari’ah Supervision Boards inside and outside Qatar. He has a number of studies and research in the Islamic finance industry. He is a specialized trainer in the transactions of contemporary jurisprudence and its applications in financial institutions.

He earned his PhD in Jurisprudence and its principles after the
masters in Shari’ah and bachelor’s degree in jurisprudence and
its principles from Abd El Kader University of Islamic Sciences
of Constantine, besides another bachelor’s degree in law and
management sciences from the college of law at Abd El Kader
University of Islamic Sciences of Constantine. He led several
funded research committees in Algeria and supervised a number
of scientific research works and dissertations. He published many
scientific research papers and articles in peer reviewed journals and
took part in conferences and scientific symposiums.

Dr. Murad holds a bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees in Usool al-Fiqh (origins, sources, and principles of the Islamic jurisprudence). He served as a lecturer in Kuwait University at colleges of Shari’ah and Rights. He is a professor at college of Shari’ah in Qatar University, he is also a member of several Shari‘ah and scientific committees, such as Shari’ah committee of Bait Al-Mashura, Shari’ah Supervisory Board of Taiba in Kuwait, He is also a referee in several entities; such as M’alamath Al-Qawa’id Al-Fiqhiyyah of Islamic Fiqh Council, Awqaf and encyclopedic research at the Ministry of Awqaf, General Secretariat Award by Kuwait Endowment and Scientific Journal of Bait Al-Mashura. He participated in several training course and he has several researches and studies.

Dr. Noora Fetais is an associate professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Qatar University. She is also the founding Secretary-General of the Arab Association for Cyber Security at the Arab League. Dr. Fetais is a member of the UK-Gulf Women in Cyber Fellowship Program, and the first batch of Qatar Leadership Center (Current and Future Leaders Program 2011-2013). Dr. Fetais is the first and only woman to chair the Faculty Senate of Qatar University (2016) and to be the Director of KINDI Center for Computing Research at Qatar University (2017-2020). Her expertise is in Emerging Technologies specially; Cybersecurity, Blockchain and Visualization. She is representing Qatar University at ITU-UN and Qatar IXP. Dr. Fetais has been holding various professional and volunteered positions including: Vice-Chair of IEEE-Qatar Section, Qatar Ambassador of Women in Data Science (WiDS) at Stanford University, board member of Qatar-UK Alumni Networking, member of Qatar Internet Exchange Points Steering Committee, member of the Board of Advisors for Qatar Academy Doha as part of the Qatar Foundation (QF) for Education, Science and Community Development, among others. Dr. Fetais holds a PhD from the University of Sussex (UK) and an Executive Master Degree in Leadership from Georgetown University (US).

He earned his PhD in Economics from University Putra Malaysia (UPM) and has over 20 years of academic and research experience in Islamic finance, financial inclusion, economic growth, and governance.Dr. Sharif has held several leadership roles, including Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Sultan Sharif Ali University, Brunei, and researcher at Markfield Institute of Higher Education, UK. He has served as a consultant and academic advisor on key Islamic finance projects globally. His work includes more than 100 publications and contributions to leading academic journals and books.

Dr. Umar A. Oseni is Secretary General of the OIC Arbitration Centre and former CEO of the International Islamic Liquidity Management Corporation (IILM). He was an Associate Professor at IIUM and a visiting fellow at Harvard Law School.A Harvard-certified negotiator and expert in Islamic finance law, he has consulted for organizations like the IDB and UN agencies. With over 100 publications, his notable works include Introduction to Islamic Banking and Finance and Fintech in Islamic Finance.Dr. Umar holds degrees from the University of Ilorin, IIUM, and York University, and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Harvard.

She is a Professor of Fiqh and its principles at Umm Al-Qura University, where she is a faculty member in the College of Sharia. She holds multiple administrative roles, including Chair of the Scheduling Committee and Executive Supervisor of the Preparatory Year Program.With over 15 published research works, her studies cover diverse topics such as medical ethics, jurisprudential rulings, and societal issues. She has participated in numerous national and international conferences and contributed to academic journals as a peer reviewer.Dr. Al-Saedi has supervised and examined numerous master's and doctoral theses across Saudi universities and is recognized for her academic excellence, receiving several awards, including Umm Al-Qura’s Academic Excellence Award and Prince Nayef’s Prize for Research Excellence.
