The activities of the 11th Doha Conference on Islamic Finance concluded on Tuesday. The conference was held under the theme: “Integrating Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence: The Future of Islamic Finance.” It took place at the Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Doha, under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The conference witnessed the participation of a select group of scholars, experts, and specialists in Islamic finance and modern technologies. Extensive discussions were held on the challenges and opportunities presented by blockchain and artificial intelligence technologies in the context of developing the Islamic finance system, as well as ways to achieve technical, legal, and regulatory integration in this vital field.
